Cheryl made the comment that poppy petals remind her of crepe paper.
I agree, when I created this painting,
I rendered the petals as if they were crepe paper. This is one of my
favorite poppy paintings.

O wow Rusty ! and I love the title Paper Petals, so fitting
It didn't have a name before. I named as a response to your comment. I really do love this watercolor. I have two in this style in oils on a very smooth surface. When I get photos of them I'll post them. See you at the Inferno Postings!!!
